Each of our customers has a dedicated Service and Contract Manager overlooking the onsite cleaning team and making sure a high quality of our services is delivered each and every time.
All our Contract and Service managers are trained to the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICS) Levels 1 and 2. All our new cleaning staff undergoes an extensive onsite training in accordance to individual cleaning specifications, and throughout ongoing support and training they are assess to NVQ standards in house.
Ongoing support and training ensures that our staff is always well prepared and focused but our performance related pay structure keeps it going at all times. Our Service supervisors regularly check on all of our office cleaners to make sure they retain the highest standard
With our offer of three month trial we want to give you a peace of mind while choosing your cleaning provider. During that time we bring your place up to our high standard and you will be able to make sure that the provided service is consistent throughout.
We are also happy to offer a fixed two year contract with no price increase, this not only helps you with your cleaning budget but also shows our confidence in services and associated pricing structure.
